This page sets out everything you need to know about delivery costs, dispatch timeframes and accepted payment methods at LUREXO. The details here form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Delivery Costs

Every price shown on our website includes the applicable statutory Value Added Tax. Shipping costs are itemised separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

Please note: Orders shipped to countries outside the United Kingdom and the European Union may attract customs duties, import VAT and other charges levied by the destination country. These are not collected by LUREXO and must be paid directly by the recipient to the relevant customs authority or carrier upon arrival.

2. Dispatch Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are counted from the date of order confirmation and receipt of cleared payment. Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are ordinarily prepared for dispatch the same day. Orders received over the weekend or on public holidays are handled on the next working day.

Where any item is temporarily out of stock, this will be noted on the product page. In exceptional circumstances — such as force majeure, strikes or other events beyond our control — dispatch may be delayed. We will inform you as promptly as possible should this occur.

3. Our Carrier Network

We send orders via a selection of reputable logistics providers, including:

  • Royal Mail
  • DHL
  • DPD
  • Evri
  • UPS (for international deliveries)

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking reference so you can follow your delivery at any time.

4. Delivery Address

Please make sure the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and correct. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate address details. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, it is no longer possible to amend the delivery address.

5. Split Shipments

On occasion it may be necessary to send an order in more than one consignment — for instance, where individual items become available at different times. No additional shipping fee will be charged to you in these cases.

6. Payment Options

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • PayPal
  • Klarna — Pay Later, Pay in 3 instalments
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Bank transfer (where available)

We reserve the right to restrict certain payment options depending on factors such as the order value, destination country or other objective considerations.

7. Payment Security

Every transaction is processed via SSL/TLS-encrypted, fully protected connections. Our payment partners hold PCI DSS Level 1 accreditation. Card details are submitted directly to the respective payment provider — full card information is never stored by LUREXO at any point.

8. Invoicing

A VAT invoice is generated automatically for each order and emailed to you. It includes all required legal details, with the VAT amount clearly shown as a separate line.

9. Delivery Problems

If your order has not arrived within the stated timeframe, or if the parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at contact@lurexo.com quoting your order number. We will investigate and work to resolve the matter as swiftly as possible.
